The property for sale in France that I was supposed to buy has not passed the inspection. I made sure to have them do a complete inspection of the entire property so that I did not have any surprises when I move in. I guess that the property for sale in France has termites and it is going to cost at least two thousand dollars to fix the damage they have caused and to fumigate them.

This happened to me with a Spanish property that I bought five years ago. It had some termite damage but it did not cost as much to fix and I paid for it myself. I know that I cannot afford to pay the two thousand dollars that they are estimating it to cost.

If the sellers decide that they want to pay for it, then I will go ahead and purchase the home granted that after the work is completed on it, it passes another inspection. I was really looking forward to owning not only the Spanish property to vacation at, but also the French property as well.

I may have to start my search for a property for sale in France all over again until I find a house that I like, one that I can afford, and one that can pass any inspection with flying colors.

I am so excited to get something started on the World Wide Web. I know that it will not be easy but I see a lot of opportunity out there and I truly believe the Internet is still a baby. It is just beginning if you ask most Internet gurus.

All I know is I want in on the action and quick. With a high unemployment rate I believe we are going to see more Internet businesses in the next few years than we have in the past several. It is going to get fierce out there just like any market place would with lots of competition.

I know for me I am thinking about starting with one of the PhpBB forum templates. I want to start with an easy system and I think a forum could really drive some traffic and traffic is king as they say. With the PhpBB forum templates I know it would be the easiest to use since I am a beginner at this stuff.

I have read a little about the PhpBB3 templates which is just the newer version of PhpBB. I have heard it is easy to setup and real easy to maintain. I am actually a member on a few PhpBB forums and did not even know it until recently.

I was walking down the street in Chicago and saw a house that was in desperate need of vinyl siding. I could not believe that it was the only house on the street without vinyl siding. You would think that some smart vinyl siding contractor would drive by and notice that and stop and talk to them or send them something in the mail. I of course am a good citizen and decide to call some siding companies in Chicago and let them know about this house and see if they would like to know where it is, since I think it would probably be an easy sell. I call the first Chicago siding company that I find and we discuss where the house is and why I think that they should call this homeowner and offer to do an estimate for vinyl siding. The manager took down all the information and I am of course happy to have helped the vinyl siding contractor with this great lead. Plus I have given the homeowner a helping hand in making his home look better. So, a few weeks go by and I walk by the same house and I notice that the Chicago siding company is there and they are walking around the house with the homeowner. I walk up and tell the homeowner that this is one of the best recommended siding companies in Chicago and I really think that he should put vinyl siding on his house since all the neighbors already have it and it would improve the value of his home. He hired the vinyl siding contractor and the house looks great now.

I love shopping online these days, I used to think that you could only find bargains if you went to the clearance sections of the local stores but the internet has changed all of that. In fact I found a site that sells Prada handbags and Hogan shoes for considerably less than most of the fancy stores sell them in their clearance sections.

If you check out your favorite sites every day then you are bound to get some awesome deals. I check out the site that I mentioned above that sells the Prada handbags and Hogan shoes and I usually get a really good deal about once a month. Of course they have other items besides the two that I listed but I am really drawn to those two things.

I do not know why but it may have something to do with the fact that my ex husband and I used to fight every time I bought a new handbag or a pair of shoes and I love these two brands so we probably fought about those the most. Since I can afford them on my own and no one can tell me what to do, I have a lot of fun shopping for them.
