Posted by Henry on March 22nd, 2010 The SEO marketing people that my boss hired have been trying to set up a time to do a conference call with all the guys in the marketing department and the tech people, at the same time. This has been going on now, for about three weeks and it is just not working out. I have tried to coordinate everyone’s schedule but it is virtually impossible to do.
I suggested to the SEO marketing people that maybe two phone calls would work best and if the same SEO consultant could handle both calls then they would have all the input, and they could go from there. I think that even if we had to pay extra, it would work out for everyone involved.
My boss likes the idea of having two different meetings with the same SEO consultant, but the guy in charge of the tech department thinks that it should be done at the same time so as not to confuse the consultant. If they get confused, then maybe an additional meeting would be needed and it could be possible that everyone could attend that conference call or we pay again to have two more meetings. It is only hurting the site and the company, the longer everyone takes to decide on how they need to promote the site.
Posted by Henry on December 22nd, 2009 The only way that I knew to help myself start looking a little better in the public’s eyes, was by hiring a company called ReputationManagers.com. I had recently had a string of bad luck with the cops and of course every time that I did something else, it would be at the top of the news sites. I was really in need of the ReputationManagers.com and their expertise of turning this thing around so that I could start making some money with some good jobs to cover all of my court costs that I had incurred.
I had gone on ten different auditions and four of them; they did not even want me to read for. They asked me to remove my name from the list and let someone else have the spot that they might actually consider hiring. I knew that they had read all about my run- ins with the law and did not want a convicted felon on their shows.
ReputationManagers.com assured me that after they were done with their recent campaign that people would start to forget about the negative things that I had done and start to see some positive things coming from me. I just hope that it starts happening very soon.
Posted by Henry on December 9th, 2009 I am so excited to get something started on the World Wide Web. I know that it will not be easy but I see a lot of opportunity out there and I truly believe the Internet is still a baby. It is just beginning if you ask most Internet gurus.
All I know is I want in on the action and quick. With a high unemployment rate I believe we are going to see more Internet businesses in the next few years than we have in the past several. It is going to get fierce out there just like any market place would with lots of competition.
I know for me I am thinking about starting with one of the PhpBB forum templates. I want to start with an easy system and I think a forum could really drive some traffic and traffic is king as they say. With the PhpBB forum templates I know it would be the easiest to use since I am a beginner at this stuff.
I have read a little about the PhpBB3 templates which is just the newer version of PhpBB. I have heard it is easy to setup and real easy to maintain. I am actually a member on a few PhpBB forums and did not even know it until recently.
