When one is old and has experienced it all, one simply goes for the simple joys in life upon retirement. My wife and I have lived life to the full, so to speak. And as a reward, we now spend our time enjoying each other’s company and enjoying the way our kids bless us. Lately, we had people coming in and out of the house talking about plumbing and tub placements. These were walk-in tub installers hired by my son to install our new tub. Our eldest said we’d enjoy this gift and that we’d also be able to have what they now call hydrotherapy. Back in the days, things like Jacuzzis were experienced in very plush hotels. We never had the chance to go to those because we had children to rise. But, we don’t have regrets because all five of them are professionals and have children of their own.

Our son explained to us that what’s being installed is one of the ways to ensure safe bathing for our age. And I know he is very concerned about that because he loves us. All our children do; that is the best blessing of all.
